Most nationalities need a visa. US, UK, EU, Australian and Canadian passport holders can apply for an e-visa online or request a visa-on-arrival letter. We handle both - see our Visa Services page for details.
Vietnam stretches over 1,600 km, so weather varies. Northern Vietnam (Hanoi, Sapa, Ha Long) is best Mar-May and Sep-Nov. Central Vietnam (Hue, Hoi An, Da Nang) is driest Feb-Aug. Southern Vietnam (HCMC, Mekong) is hot year-round with a dry season Nov-Apr.
Daily tours are capped at 10-20 travellers. Package tours at 12. Many trips can also be upgraded to private departures for just 2-4 people.
Absolutely. Roughly half of our bookings are private or customised. Tell us your dream dates, pace, and interests, and we'll design a journey just for you or your group.
We accept bank transfer (USD or VND), credit card (Visa/Mastercard), and WhatsApp-initiated PayPal. A 20% deposit secures your booking; the balance is due 14 days before your trip starts.
Full refund 30+ days before departure. 50% refund 14-30 days. No refund under 14 days. For weather-related cancellations (typhoon, severe flooding), we reschedule at no charge or refund fully.
Yes - please tell us at booking. We accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, kosher, halal, and all major allergies. Vietnam is friendly to most diets.
