Good questions about this tour

What's the difference between taking the train and the bus to Sapa?

The train is more comfortable but longer - it's an overnight journey with around 8 hours of sleep on board. The bus is faster, around 6-7 hours during the day. Most couples and families prefer the train for the comfort, while budget-conscious backpackers tend to choose the bus.

Are the train cabins shared? Can I get a private one?

Standard cabins are shared with 4 berths, but we can upgrade you to a private cabin for an extra fee - just let us know when you book and we'll arrange it for you.
